NUMERIC CONTROL

The Numeric Control CN050 has been designed to equip machines that must be easy to use and provide complete programming data with guided input. For the operator, this means being able to set the optimal working cycle in the shortest possible time with the help of intuitive menus, like the PUI. The high protection makes CN050 ideal for the "toughest" workshop environments. The keys have been designed so that they are touch-sensitive even when the operator is wearing working gloves. Particular care was taken in the selection of the components to ensure brightness and contrast of the display. The CN050 is realzied with UR050. The product can be used in integrated mode ( the control is mounted behind the panel )or in remotated mode, with a maximum distance of 3 mt. UR050 include serial communications, CAN field bus, control of up to 3 axes, 16 digital inputs, 16 digital outputs, and I/O modularity on Tecnos local bus (BLT) or CAN. The CPU used is a Motorola 40 MHz ColdFire. |

UR10 is a numerical control. Its distinguishing features are its modularity,
both regarding the axes (with boards to be inserted in the device) and the
local inputs/outputs (Tecnos BLT modules) controlled via serial line on
proprietary bus, and the possibility to communicate on field bus according
to CANOpen (DS301/401) standard. The device is placed inside the electrical
cabinet on DIN bar. UR10 operates on 24MHz 32-bit Motorola platform. It
is composed of modular axis boards (2 per board) up to a maximum of 6. The
axes can be configured in Line Driver and Open Collector at 5 or 12 Volt.
The I/O section is external with with type 8 module fixed on DIN bar. Connection
to the outside world is assured by two serial lines, one LAN line, and CANOpen
system. |

The SYNCRO system is available with a single rack unit to
adapt to any machine requirement. It can control up to 10 axes, divisible
in groups (with the possibility of quickly moving an axis from one group
to another) and up to 192+192 inputs/outputs, thanks to a powerful integrated
PLC. It can control axes driven by DC, AC, brushless, linear and hydraulic
motors. A powerful and flexible language, SBL (Syncro Basic Language), allows
fully exploiting the wide range of possibilities to drive gantry axes, synchronised
axes (e.g. for in-flight cutting) and in-position control of axes driven
at 500 m/min with an accuracy of hundredths of a mm, etc. SYNCRO is integratable
with boards for connection to Ethernet and connection to LAN/field bus (Profibus,
CAN, Mechatrolink). Because of its versatility it can also be used in automation
of transfer lines, both in production and assembly. Generally, it is connected
to a PC or operator terminal in order to fully exploit the potential with
a complete man-machine interface. |
