Field I/O module

The Tecnos modules are used as expansions to control additional
inputs and outputs. The connection between the modules is controlled in
serial on proprietary BLT ( Tecnos local bus). They can be used onboard
the machine with a BLT power supply module or remotely using the CAN BUS
coupler node which utilizes CANOpen (DS301/401) as communication protocol.

16-input/output module on CANOpen
![]() |
The Module controls: 16 optoisolated digital inputs according to the industrial standard with 24 VDC rated supply voltage available on 2 connectors, each of which with 8 inputs. The input connectors have a 24 VDC supply voltage to power the active input devices; 16 optoisolated outputs according to the industrial standard with 24 VDC rated supply voltage available on 2 connectors, each of which with 8 outputs. The outputs are optoisolated so that they can be used for several different solutions. The module can be powered with two supply voltages to two connetctors of 8 outputs. The CPU uses a Motorola AZ60. The board communication protocol is CANOpen (DS301/401). The wiring has been simplified by adopting the module with two connectors. |

The module controls 32 optoisolated digital inputs according
to the industrial standard with 24 VDC rated supply voltage available on
4 connectors, each of which with 8 inputs. The CPU uses a Motorola AZ60.
The board communication protocol is CANOpen (DS301/401). The wiring has
been simplified by adopting the module with two connectors. The input connectors
have a 24 VDC supply voltage to power the active input devices. |
32-output electrovalve module on CANOpen
![]() |
The module controls 32 optoisolated outputs suited to drive
the electrovalve coils. The outputs are found on two 26-output connectors
or on one single 40-output connector. The board communication protocol is
CANOpen (DS301/401). The wiring has been simplified by adopting the module
with two connectors. The outputs are optoisolated so that they can be used
for several different solutions. The module can be powered with two supply
voltages to supply energy to the power section. |
