TN18 Operator Terminal The TN18 alphanumerical terminal has been designed to equip machines that must be easy to use and provide complete programming data. The IP64 protection makes TN18 ideal for the "toughest" workshop environments. The keys have been designed so that they are touch-sensitive even when the operator is wearing working gloves. Particular care was taken in the selection of the components to ensure brightness and contrast of the display. TN18 communicates over an RS232 serial line with devices to display information received from numerical controls and the possibility of sending programs and parameters. The terminal is 24 VDC or 24 VAC powered.

TN18PB Operator Terminal

The IP64 protection makes TN18 ideal for the "toughest" workshop environments. The keys have been designed so that they are touch-sensitive even when the operator is wearing working gloves. Particular care was taken in the selection of the components to ensure brightness and contrast of the display. TN18PB communicates over an RS232 serial line with devices to display information received from numerical controls and the possibility of sending programs and parameters. The terminal is 24VDC or 24 VAC powered.

Pc Industrial PC10

PC10 is a industrial PC designed on PC basis for small installation. PC10 is for monitoring the machine cycle. It supports the most diffused Microsoft operating systems and allows network connection to other panel and to the corporate network. PC10 is connected to the actual CNC which controls the axes and the machine inputs/outputs. The Tuoch screen 10” monitor is type LCD with active matrix with resolution 800x600. The Panel fort contain USB connector protected by a suitable hermetically sealed system. The external interface Serial and ethernet allow connect with external world, like a whichever office PC. PC10 is projected to work in industrial place with index protection IP65. The power supply of PC is 230Vca.

 

PC12 Industrial PC

PC12 is and industrial PC designed on PC basis for monitoring the machine cycle and for local programming. It supports the most diffused Microsoft(c) operating systems and allows network connection to other panels and to the corporate network. PC12 is connected to the actual CNC which controls the axes and the machine inputs/outputs. The 12" SVGA monitor is type LCD with active matrix (TFT) with resolution 800x600. The keys (F1-F16) can be customised during application development. PC12 has been designed to work in industrial environments with an IP64 degree of protection. It can be housed in any type of electrical cabinet. It can easily be connected to the outside world thanks to an Ethernet line and 2 RS232 serial lines, like any office PC. The upper part contains the floppy disk reader (can also be replaced with a USB HUB) protected by a suitable hermetically sealed system.

PCDT Industrial PC

PC12DT is and industrial PC designed on PC basis for monitoring the machine cycle and for local programming. It supports the most diffused Microsoft(c) operating systems and allows network connection to other panels and to the corporate network. PC12DT is connected to the actual CNC which controls the axes and the machine inputs/outputs. The 12" SVGA monitor is type LCD with active matrix (TFT) with resolution 800x600, touch screen resistive. The keyboard is standard qwerty and it’s is integrated in the panel. PC12DT has been designed to work in industrial environments with an IP64 degree of protection. It can be housed in any type of electrical cabinet. It can easily be connected to the outside world thanks to an Ethernet line and 4 RS232 serial lines, like any office PC. The donw part, protected by a suitable hermetically sealed system, a USB connection is available to the portable memory. The PC power supply is 230V.

 

PC15 Industrial PC

PC15 is a industrial PC designed on PC basis for RACK 19” installation. PC15 is for monitoring the machine cycle and for local programming. It supports the most diffused Microsoft operating systems and allows network connection to other panel and to the corporate network. PC15 is connected to the actual CNC which controls the axes and the machine inputs/outputs. The 15” monitor is type LCD with active matrix with resolution 1024x768. It can be customised with or without Touch screen. The keyboard is realised on separated panel with keys and mouse integrated. The Panel fort contain the floppy disk reader(can also be replaced with a USB HUB) protected by a suitable hermetically sealed system. The main characteristic, is the possibility to separate the video from the case, and the external interface serial and ethernet that allow connect with external world, like a whichever office PC. PC15 is projected to work in industrial place with index protection IP54. The power supply of PC is 110/230V.

CN16 Operator Interface

CN16 is a low-cost, compact user interface that can also be housed in various small machine tools - with performance such as to satisfy the most varied requirements - where a cycle control system is nevertheless needed and which now and again requires the intervention of the operator for selections, programming and other interactions with the machine. CN 16 is microprocessor-controlled and programmable for display of the machine cycle, position programming, cycle selection, etc. Customisation of the man-machine interface is developed in DOS environment in order to assure maximum reliability and cost-effectiveness of the product: it may have 8 programmable keys (F1-F8). It can easily be connected to the outside world thanks to an Ethernet line, 2 RS232 serial lines (also possibility of RS422 and RS485 communication). The floppy disk reader is located on the side in a protected and easily accessible position. The system comes with a 6.4" LCD TFT VGA 640x480 graphic display, customised keyboard for use of application programs, and the possibility of using an external keyboard and a mouse. The interface can be 24 VDC or 24 VAC powered.

 

PE100 Remote Display  

The PE100 remote display is an accessory designed by Tecnos G.A. to make quality automated devices minimising the wiring. PE100 allows displaying a panel position and up to 15 suction cup positions with relevant type and angle. The communication interface implements the CAN 2.0A/B protocol and CANOpen CIA DSP-DS401 protocol.
